Monitor endpoint

Uptime monitors should use the shallow public health route. Deep infrastructure checks require a private cron secret and are not exposed here.

Provider calls stay behind workspace settings, active lead-plan gates, spend ceilings, and human review.

External actions

Gated

External outreach, CRM writes, billing changes, and destructive actions remain approval-gated.

Incident communication

During a confirmed client-impacting incident, Auvra will use the incident-response runbook to notify affected customers through the appropriate contract or support channel.
