Consent-Safe Outbound

Consent-safe outbound means a team can prepare sales work without assuming every contact is eligible for outreach. Auvra separates evidence, suppression, legal basis, channel readiness, and approval so a promising account does not automatically become a message.

Auvra stance

Auvra treats send eligibility as necessary but not sufficient. A person still reviews the action, and disabled execution gates remain blocked.

What the gate checks

A useful outbound gate checks the contact, channel, suppression state, opt-out history, legal basis, consent timestamp, jurisdiction, approval state, and execution switch. Missing or stale evidence should block the action instead of guessing.

Why channel scope matters

Email, SMS, social, and phone outreach do not share one consent state. Auvra keeps SMS explicit consent phone-scoped and does not let email consent or relationship history carry into a different channel.

What Auvra prepares

Auvra can prepare readiness packets and approved-send requests while execution remains disabled. That lets teams inspect the evidence before deciding whether a future release should turn on any real external action.
